Maruwn Group ESG Promotion Guidelines - Basic Policy

Regarding the ESG Promotion System

Maruwn Group holds regular (twice a year) "ESG Promotion Meetings" led by the CEO to promote ESG activities across the entire group. The ESG Promotion Meeting consists of six committees: the Environment Committee, Safety Committee, Quality Committee, Human Rights & Human Resources Committee, Social Contribution Committee, and Governance Committee. These committees discuss and make improvements regarding activity reports and plans for the following year.
